REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Beauty Glance Institute for your beauty education. We are dedicated to providing top-tier training in Microblading, Eyelash Extensions, Facial Courses, and Permanent Makeup. To maintain the highest standards, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy that applies to all students. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms.

REGISTRATION DEPOSIT

• All registration deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for both in-person and online courses.

• Enrolling in our course is a binding agreement. We immediately allocate resources, including purchasing training kits on your behalf.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION (WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REGISTRATION)

• You may cancel your registration within 24 hours of enrollment without penalty.

• After 24 hours, the full tuition is due in full, regardless of attendance.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER 24 HOURS

• If you cancel after 24 hours of registration, you are required to pay the full tuition fee and may reschedule within one month, subject to availability.

• If you choose not to reschedule, you must pay 50% of the tuition to cover the cost of training kits purchased on your behalf.

• Kits can be picked up or shipped at your expense.

3. RESCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS

• Rescheduling is only allowed once and must be requested in writing.

• The new training date must be within one month of the original date.

• If you fail to attend the rescheduled class, you forfeit all fees paid and will be required to re-register and pay in full for future training.

FAILURE TO COMPLY

• No refunds, no exceptions. All tuition payments are final and non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.

• Failure to pay outstanding balances will result in your account being sent to debt collection agencies.

• Enrollment in our program constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.
